SnakeBud - AUv3 MIDI Sequencer 2.7

SnakeBud is a 16-step AUv3 MIDI Sequencer featuring a 4x4 grid. Each step allows for customization of note, gate, velocity, and probability values, providing flexibility for sequencing.

One notable feature is its 56 snake patterns, displayed on a 2-dimensional grid, which sets it apart from conventional one-directional sequencers. This design allows for the creation of diverse sequences within the same grid interface.

Incorporating a music theory engine with over 40 scales, SnakeBud offers scale customization directly from the settings menu. Users can lock notes in a specific scale and modify scale settings while the sequencer is active.

The randomizer function enables users to randomize notes, snake patterns, or all parameters simultaneously for creative experimentation.

Pattern management is streamlined with the ability to save current setups as patterns and create unlimited patterns through a simple interface located in the bottom-left section of the screen.

SnakeBud also functions as a modulation source with the MIDI CC sequencer, allowing users to route MIDI CC output to compatible synth apps for parameter modulation.

As an AUv3 plugin, SnakeBud exposes over 90 Audio Unit parameters, which can be controlled manually or automated using supported host apps like AUM, Cubase, and apeMatrix.

For standalone use, SnakeBud integrates Ableton Link support, enhancing synchronization capabilities with other music production tools.

It's important to note that SnakeBud does not generate audio output by itself. It functions as a MIDI app and requires routing its MIDI output to an audio app's MIDI input to operate effectively.
